Cancellation/Refund Policy

Scope and current availability
This policy covers paid digital products purchased from ViralEbooks and its apps, subject to any product-specific terms shown before purchase and applicable law. Current Occasions watermarked PDFs are free and paid checkout is not yet available. There is no payment to refund for free actions.
Refunds for failed delivery and duplicate charges
When paid checkout is enabled, we offer a full refund for duplicate charges or a paid personalized PDF that fails to render or cannot be delivered because of our service. Once a personalized PDF has been delivered, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds, except where applicable law requires one. Future products will explain any additional cancellation/refund terms before purchase.
Requests
Email hello@viralebooks.com with the app name, order reference, book ID if applicable, and a description of the problem. Do not send card numbers or payment credentials. We review payment and delivery records before confirming a refund. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; the payment provider and bank determine when the money reaches you.
Occasions cancellation and expiry
The current Occasions pilot has no subscription to cancel. Review content before freezing because freezing cannot be undone. Download before the displayed seven-day expiry. Downloaded PDFs cannot be recalled, and refunds do not extend storage. Statutory consumer rights remain unchanged.
