Digital Delivery / Shipping Policy
Updated October 9, 2026
Scope
ViralEbooks provides digital products through its apps. Current Occasions orders are PDF downloads, not physical books. There is no shipping address or shipping charge. Delivery details for future products will be stated before purchase.
Occasions delivery
The owner previews and freezes a book, then requests rendering. After a successful render, the Download button becomes available on the signed-in book page. The free PDF is watermarked. The planned paid Clean option removes the watermark after verified payment; paid checkout is not yet available.
Deadline and problems
Occasions downloads must be saved before the displayed expiry, seven days after freezing. Already-downloaded PDFs are yours to keep. If rendering or downloading fails, email hello@viralebooks.com with the app name and book ID. See the Cancellation/Refund Policy for paid-delivery failures.
